FIT KIDS CLUB

“THINK KARATE COMBINED WITH THE BEST PART OF TEAM SPORTS!” We OWE it to our kids to help them become the best version of themselves, physically and spiritually. PDA's Fit Kids program consists of 60 minutes of "hard core" play! The class is a non competitive class where kids are trying to beat their own best time (rather than comparing themselves to others). We track every child's individual progress rather than measuring them against another child. The class utilizes obstacle courses, relay races, non competitive sports games, balance/strength moves , etc. to motivate and challenge themselves. As kids progress through the system they move up “belt levels” based on improving their individual fitness, participation, attitude and leadership. This class encourages kids to embrace physical activity while simultaneously feeling like part of a team.
